1. Subscription Service
   • The Company will send you a monthly makeup subscription box according to the subscription plan you choose.
   • The makeup items included in each box may vary from month to month.
   • The Company reserves the right to change the subscription plans, prices, and features at any time.
   • You must cancel your subscription by contacting us on our email info@snatchedbox.com with your details before the last day of every month to ensure your subscription is successfully cancelled.
   • The Company is not responsible for any allergic reactions or adverse effects caused by the use of the makeup items in the subscription box.

2. Billing and Payments
   • By subscribing to our service, you agree to pay the recurring subscription fee according to the plan you have chosen.
   • Your subscription will renew automatically on a monthly basis until you cancel it.
   • The Company accepts payment through credit card or other payment methods as indicated on our website.
   • You are responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date payment information.
   • The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your subscription if payment is not received or if payment information is inaccurate or invalid.

3. Shipping and Delivery
   • The Company will ship your subscription box to the address provided by you during the registration process.
   • The Company is not responsible for any delays or failures in delivery caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, transportation issues, or customs delays.
   • The Company is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages after they have been delivered to the address provided by you.

4. Returns and Refunds
   • The Company does not offer returns or refunds on makeup items in the subscription box.
   • If your subscription box is damaged or missing items, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receipt, and we will work to resolve the issue.

5. Promotions
   • From time to time, the Company may offer promotion codes that may be redeemed for a discount on purchases made through our website.
   • Promotion codes may have expiration dates and usage limits, as indicated when they are issued.
   • Promotion codes may not be used in conjunction with other offers or discounts.
   • The Company reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotion codes at any time without prior notice.
   • Promotion codes have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.
   • Promotion codes are non-transferable and may only be used by the individual to whom they are issued.
   • Any misuse of promotion codes, including but not limited to fraud or abuse, may result in the cancellation of the promotion code and/or the order associated with it.
   • The Company reserves the right to refuse the use of any promotion code at our discretion.
6. Discount on First Subscription Box
   • In order to avail the advertised discount on the first subscription box, a minimum of two-month subscription payment will be required
   • This minimum two-month subscription payment will be charged to the users’ card on a monthly basis
   • Should there be a necessary cancellation prior to the successful payment of the second month’s subscription, the user will no longer be eligible for the discount on the first subscription box and will be charged the discounted amount as a cancellation fee. The user will not receive any additional products or services in exchange for this fee.

7. Intellectual Property
   • All content on the Company’s website, including but not limited to logos, text, images, and graphics, are the intellectual property of the Company and may not be used without our express written permission.
   • The makeup items included in the subscription box may be subject to copyright and trademark laws, and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission from the respective owners.

8. Limitation of Liability
   • The Company will not be liable for any damages or losses, including but not limited to lost profits, arising from the use of the makeup items in the subscription box.
   • The Company will not be liable for any damages or losses caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, transportation issues, or customs delays.
   • The Company’s liability will be limited to the amount paid by you for the subscription box.
9. Limitation in Liability for Allergies and Reactions
   • Please note that Snatched Box holds no liability for any allergic reactions or adverse effects caused by the use of the makeup items in the subscription box.
   • It is important to review the product ingredients and perform patch tests if you have known sensitivities or allergies. Your health and well-being are our top priority.
10. Governing Law
    • These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state where the Company is registered.
    • Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms of Service shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
    • The arbitration shall take place in the state where the Company is registered.

By subscribing to our service, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms of Service. The Company reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for any updates or modifications. Your continued use of the Company’s subscription service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service.

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. The failure of the Company to enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.

These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company and supersede all prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral, regarding the subscription service.
